Workshops - Beginning, Intermediate & Advanced
This class is a 2 hour curriculum based class, that meets weekly. The first hour is a sexy warm up (yoga/pilates style workout), done bare footed on yoga mats. The second hour is where pole foundations, tricks, lap dance and combinations are learned.
Power Pole
This class is a non-stop workout for 45 min. on the pole in shoes! No step by step instruction, all verbal call out, which means that this is a follow along class. No tricks in this class. One person per pole, 4 available, MUST reserve your pole in advance and must be paid for ahead of time. It is recommended that an intro class be taken before a regular scheduled class. Please check the class schedule for all level classes. Shoes are available to rent until appropriate shoes are ordered. Our custom shoes provide the proper fit and support.

Power Pole Attire: Workout wear.
Anti-Gravity Yoga Attire: No sleeveless shirts, cotton based bottoms (shiney hammock + shiney bottoms = slippery), no jewelry and bare feet.
Workshop Attire: Workout wear and padded bra.
